David De Cosse is an artist with a formation in architecture. Born in Montreal, he enters the McGill School of Architecture in 1995 where he studies design, a study which will strongly influence his manner of perception and define the forms, lines and colours that surround him.

We see a strong architectural influence in the structure and layout of his forms and spaces.  Architectural plans inspire him and he looks for that structure in his painting.
